by Gambero Rosso

We are delighted to announce that ADAGIO ristorante gourmet has been awarded a magnificent "Due Forchette" by the prestigious Gambero Rosso Restaurant Guide - one of Italy’s most respected and influential dining guides. Considered Italy’s equivalent to the Michelin Guide, it focuses on a distinctly Italian perspective and with a broader focus on local culinary culture.

Being listed is a mark of prestige in Italy’s restaurant world, signalling excellence in Italian culinary tradition, innovation, and hospitality, and we are beyond thrilled!

The award of Due Forchette is in recognition of strong techniques by our chef and our elevated service and wine selection, and an overall high-quality dining experience targeting Italy’s elite tier restaurants. 

Led by chef Mario Maniscalco, ADAGIO offers cuisine rooted in local tradition, reworked with grace and creative touches.

Fresh seasonal cuisine
in the slow-food spirit

 

Our menu is an intriguing combination of traditional Piedmontese dishes, revisited in a modern key and mixed with the chef's Sicilian roots and spiced up by international experiences.

 

Our menu is built on a strong foundation of local products marked by the slow food presidium – from the Fassona meat, to products that got forgotten over the years, which we bring back as the stars of the menu such as the Riso Gigante di Vercelli. 

 

Our pasta and pastry are all freshly prepared in our kitchen with the best local ingredients. Our flour comes from a mill less than 500 meters away.​

 

Furthermore, our exemplary wine cellar features a range of local and regional Italian wines, as well as carefully selected international wines, offering a comprehensive selection to suit all interests and budgets.​

An elegant dining experience

An elegant restaurant where the traditional excellences of the territory meets contemporary - this is ADAGIO and its philosophy.

In addition to our dining room we offer an adjacent dining hall, perfect for events and ceremonies. Also check out our cosy Sky Garden, for an all-year-round immersion in nature.

For wine lovers, our Enoteca and wine cellar are dedicated to guided wine tastings, offering you a wide range of wines from the territory, but also an interesting selection of wines from all over Italy and selected international suppliers.

Our mission is to run social-sustainable enterprise that is committed to develop the region and create opportunities for young people in particular and all in a sustainable manner reducing the use of resources, recycle where we can and avoid things like single use plastic wherever possible.

 

We are passionate to contribute to sustainable tourism and are committed to work with the region on the future of this beautiful area.

Celebrate the New Year in elegance with our 1920s-themed gala event. Join us from 19:00 for an evening featuring gourmet dining, festive beverages, fireworks, and a refined atmosphere.

  • Aperitivo with live cooking and welcome drink  

  • Gala dinner with your choice of two 5-course menus  

  • Live music  

  • Midnight countdown, fireworks and traditional Cotechino & Lenticchie

  • DJ set disco and dancing until 04:00

  • Bar service available

 

Tickets:

  • €125 before 21/12

  • €150 if purchased from 21/12

Terms & Conditions

 

  • 2 menus are available to choose in advance:

    • Chef Mario’s menu – a contemporary gourmet menu with fish main course and vegetarian option available

    • Monferrato menu- a classic menu with Piemontese dishes (sorry but vegetarian is not possible)

 

  • Each guest can select their menu of choice, but not mix dishes between menus

 

  • Please advise of any allergies and your menu choices when booking your tickets 

 

  • Welcome cocktail included in ticket price. Additional drinks choices at any time are at an additional cost. Bar service available until the end of the evening.
